Residential Property Lawyer
Location: Exeter/Barnstaple/Torquay

Wollens is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Residential Property Lawyer to join our busy and growing residential property department.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded property team with a strong reputation for providing exceptional client service across Devon and beyond. We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, technically strong and committed to building lasting client relationships.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
· Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
· Transfers of equity
· Re-mortgages
· New build transactions
· Shared ownership matters
· Equity release transactions
You will work closely with colleagues across the wider Property team and contribute to the continued growth and success of the department.
About You
We would like to hear from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers who:
· Have experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
· Can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
· Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
· Are proactive, organised and commercially minded
