About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, energetic and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our nurturing team at Tinytots. If you love seeing children thrive, enjoy getting stuck into play, and bring a smile into every room you enter, you’ll fit right in.
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their development
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS, child development and safeguarding procedures
- Confidence in planning engaging activities that meet children’s individual needs
- Ability to observe, assess and use children’s progress to shape future learning
- A fun, positive and energetic personality – someone who brings joy to the day
- A practitioner who is smiley, caring and passionate about early years education

- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Keep accurate observations and assessments to support each child’s journey
