We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse to join our Frailty team. This is based at The Grove Surgery but you will cover all SCMG sites. Working hours and pattern negotiable. Salary is dependent on skills and experience.
The ideal candidate will be an RN who will work collaboratively with the Frailty Team. The role requires you to possess high levels of professional clinical practice and be able to deliver a range of services to patients. Whilst prior experience is preferable, training can be provided.
