We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Brand & Product Development Manager to lead new product development, packaging innovation and brand growth across our expanding portfolio.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Develop exciting new product concepts and ranges
Manage packaging design and brand development
Research market trends and competitor activity
Create product briefs for factories and suppliers
Support sales teams with retailer presentations
Work closely with compliance, sourcing and design teams
Help launch products into major UK and European retailers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Experience in FMCG, Household, Beauty or Consumer Products
✔ Brand Management or Product Development experience
✔ Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness
✔ Excellent project management skills
✔ Passion for innovation and consumer products
