Job Summary
We have an opportunity for a full-time Supporter Care Advisor, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30. The office is currently located at Olympus Business Park in Newton Abbot but will be relocating next year to our Sanctuary at Honeysuckle Farm, Buckland, Newton Abbot.
What you'll be doing:
You’ll help keep things running smoothly by following office procedures and training guidelines.
You’ll be the friendly face behind efficiently handling incoming mail.
You’ll provide top-notch customer service, making sure our supporters feel heard and valued whether they reach out by phone or email.
Handling various types of donations (cash, cheque, and card) will be a breeze, with a careful eye to ensure accurate records in our CRM database.
Our supporter database will be in good hands as you help maintain its integrity through necessary tasks.
You’ll be our go-to expert on compliance with the Fundraising Regulator code of practice and data protection regulations.
When it comes to administrative tasks, you’ll be there to lend a hand whenever needed.
You won’t be doing it alone; you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from the Fundraising and Communications team, helping gather content for campaigns and making sure events run smoothly.

- The Mare and Foal Sanctuary is the largest equine welfare charity in the South West peninsula dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of horses and ponies who have suffered neglect, abuse and trauma. We also deliver a range of Equine Assisted Services with our rescued horses and ponies. The Mare and Foal Sanctuary has five sites across Devon, a clear five-year strategy and is ambitious for the future.
Pay: £26,322.00 per year
