The role
This role is part of a team that shapes and evolves a tooling-aligned Service Management framework, with a focus on strengthening the end-to-end service value chain and digital experience.
The IT Service Management Process Architect supports the development of this framework by bringing together processes, capabilities, tooling, data and governance forums through clear architectural models, showing how they fit together across the service value chain.
Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, you will help show how the framework supports end-to-end performance, key measures and service outcomes.
You will
- Help shape and evolve the Service Management framework, developing clear process and capability architecture models that support the end-to-end service value chain and digital experience.
- Describe how the service lifecycle and connected processes are enabled by tooling and data, contributing to aligned roadmaps that support continual improvement.
- Show how processes, capabilities, governance forums and key measures link across the service value chain, supporting visibility of performance and service outcomes.
- Work collaboratively to define clear interface and integration patterns across the service value chain.
- Support governance and roadmap activity, helping review proposed updates, identify improvement items and keep updates aligned with wider priorities.
You have
- A good understanding of Service Management principles, with awareness of how tooling and data support the service value chain.
- Ability to understand the wider context and longer-term direction, while considering the short-term detail needed to shape clear architecture and roadmap activity.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and present it clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to influence constructively, work through ambiguity, and support positive outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and support shared understanding.
