Bright Stars requires a Level 3 Senior Room Lead in Pre-school. A full working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage is required with this years statutory updates. Experience with caring for this age group, planning for inclusive and age appropriate activities, promoting independence in all children by supporting them through every stage of development. Experience in using apps to contact parents daily, do accident and incident forms and post individual observations on Key Children. To train and support junior staff. To liaise in an appropriate time scale with the Nursery Manager and Business Manager.
