About the Role: We are seeking a meticulous and highly reliable self-employed cleaner to help manage changeovers for a large premium self-catering holiday property located in Tibshelf. This is not a standard domestic cleaning role; it requires a keen eye for detail to ensure the property is immaculately presented for every incoming guest.
Changeovers typically take place on Mondays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing thorough, high-standard cleans of all rooms between guest stays (kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms).
- Conducting visual checks for any damages, wear and tear, or missing items, and reporting them immediately.
- Ensuring all waste and recycling is managed according to the property guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in domestic cleaning (previous experience in holiday lets, hotels, or housekeeping is strongly preferred).
- An exceptional level of attention to detail.
- Punctual and absolutely reliable, changeover windows are strict and cannot be missed.
- Must be officially registered as self-employed and able to provide an invoice for services rendered.
- Based in or easily able to commute to Tibshelf.
- Able to provide at least two professional references.
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
