Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking a motivated and professional Residential Sales Negotiator to join our established team in Welshpool.

The Role
As a Residential Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving residential property sales in the area. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with buyers and vendors, facilitating viewings and negotiating offers, while delivering a professional and proactive service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying prospective buyers
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Providing professional advice and regular feedback to clients
- Generating new business opportunities and maximising instructions
- Liaising closely with our centrally based Sales Progression team to ensure smooth transaction management
- Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates
- Working towards and exceeding agreed sales targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in lettings and sales within residential estate agency (preferred)
- Strong customer service and sales ability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, articulate and confident manner
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive approach
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
