Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Loaders to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling the movement and organization of goods within our facilities, ensuring that products are loaded, unloaded, and stored safely and accurately. This position is vital to maintaining smooth operations, timely deliveries, and overall warehouse productivity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge, physical stamina for heavy lifting, and a commitment to safety standards.
Shifts Timings: Complete flexibilty is required, Must be Physically Fit and can lift upto 25 Kgs

Duties
- Safely load and unload goods from trucks, containers, or storage areas using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Organize and position items within storage areas to optimize space utilization
- Conduct routine inspections of loading equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Assist with inventory management by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all handling and movement activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading zones to promote a safe work environment
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate efficient loading schedules
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues when necessary
Experience
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
- Basic mechanical knowledge related to loading equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Strong physical fitness with the ability to stand, lift, and move items for extended periods
- Attention to detail in verifying shipment contents and documentation
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards at all times
