Job Summary
Sturgess Mortgage Solutions is a multi award-winning independent mortgage and protection brokerage based in Gorseinon, Swansea. We are growing and we are looking for someone warm, organised and proactive to join our Client Communications on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients on those days — answering calls and enquiries, booking appointments and making sure every client feels looked after. You will work alongside our existing Client Communications Manager to give our clients seamless five-day coverage.
Duties
- Answer all inbound calls, emails and web enquiries promptly and professionally
- Qualify new leads and log them accurately on our CRM system
- Book appointments and manage the diaries of our mortgage advisers
- Send appointment confirmations and prepare clients ahead of their meetings
- Follow up with clients after completions — congratulations messages and Google review requests
- Support client retention through annual review scheduling and rate expiry reminders
- Handle general client correspondence and keep records accurate and up to date
Requirements
- A warm, confident and professional telephone manner
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive and someone who follows things through without being chased
- Confident and competent with Microsoft Outlook, WhatsApp, Office 365 and general computing — these tools are central to the role and experience with them is essential
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Previous experience in a customer service, reception or administration role is desirable but not essential
