Purpose and Key responsibilities:

Build and test products to completion
Liaising with the Project Co-ordinator on workload priorities
Following Customer instructions in preparing finished goods for despatch
Preparing boxes and foam as necessary
Assisting with production when required
Work on products that require potting/casting encapsulation using the dedicated machine or by hand where necessary and wearing the correct PPE as required.
Ensuring all system transactions are processed through our ERP and MES systems in an accurate and timely manner.Ensure quality standards are always adhered to
Continuous on the job learning for new projects
Any other duties requested by your manager which is within your capabilities and in the interest of the business.

Essential skills:

A good knowledge and understanding of building finished projects
A good knowledge and understanding of packing finished goods
Ability to following both build and packing instructions
Ensuring product is in good condition and well packaged before leaving the premises
Understanding of Company 5S & lean objectives

Recommended Technical Experience and Qualifications:

Pay: From £27,300.00 per year
