Working Hours: 04.30am starts, 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)

The Role:
As an Order Picker & Delivery Driver, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and in perfect condition. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking and packing fresh produce orders.
- Loading and unloading vans safely and efficiently.
- Delivering goods to customers across [insert area/region] in a timely manner.
- Providing excellent customer service at every delivery.
- Ensuring all paperwork and delivery notes are completed correctly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and care of the delivery vehicle.
- Following food safety and hygiene standards.
About You:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or delivery role is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting boxes of produce).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
