As we continue to grow, we are looking for an adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented **Property Supervisor** to join our dynamic team and drive our property onboarding and field operations forward.
### **The Role**
Are you someone who loves a mix of independent field work, client interaction, and operational coordination? As our Property Supervisor, you will be the face of My Stay Inn on the ground. Your primary mission will be leading the swift, seamless onboarding of new properties, ensuring they meet our high company standards.
When you aren’t onboarding new properties, you will step in to support broader property operations—ensuring our day-to-day field activities run like clockwork.
**This is a fast-paced, highly adaptable role that requires a valid driving license and a confident, problem-solving attitude.**
### **Key Responsibilities**
#### **1. Property Onboarding & Client Liaison**
* Conduct initial property visits (both unsupervised and supervised alongside property owners).
* Assess properties against company guidelines to identify missing inventory, compliance items, or maintenance needs.
* Collaborate with property owners to create clear, actionable setup plans.
* Provide owners with rough cost estimates and implementation timescales on-site.
* Establish "who is doing what"—agreeing on tasks the owner wishes to handle versus what My Stay Inn will manage.
* Follow up with accurate, finalized quotes to move the onboarding process forward efficiently.
* Complete comprehensive digital onboarding checklists via phone/tablet and record property instruction videos following company guidelines (full training provided).
#### **2. Communication & Coordination**
* Act as the vital link between the field and the office, providing daily updates to the internal onboarding team.
* Keep property owners regularly updated on the progress of their property setup.
* Drive the onboarding process forward to get properties live as swiftly as possible.
#### **3. Operational Support & Property Supervision**
* Step in to support general property management operations as required.
* Conduct routine property inspections to maintain quality control.
* Hold face-to-face meetings with cleaners and third-party contractors to ensure standards are met.
* Assist with staff rotas, key management, and property deliveries.
* Help manage linen logistics and laundry delivery coordination.

* **Driving License:** A full, clean driving license is **essential** as you will be travelling between properties in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.
* **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable using mobile apps/tablets to complete checklists and record basic instructional videos.
* **Strong Communication:** Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to negotiate timelines and costs face-to-face with property owners.
* **Eye for Detail:** An organized mindset with the ability to spot what a property needs to transition from "lived-in" to "guest-ready."
* **Team Player:** A reliable individual who understands the importance of keeping the office team informed with daily updates.
