Job Summary/Purpose
Under the line management and clinical supervision from within the CMHT , the post holder will maintain and co-ordinate timely and appropriate interventions through mental health nursing, assessment for a caseload of service users of working age living in the community within the framework of CPA, and in line with the acute care pathway as outlined within the CMHT operational procedure.
This includes respecting individuality, values, culture and religious diversity of clients and colleagues and thus contributing to the provision of a service sensitive to these needs.
You’ll have the following qualification/experience:
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse in an UK hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
