We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Harvest Assistant to support our sales team during the busy harvest period, covering the Winchester and Petworth branches.
This is a varied, practical and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and experience with agricultural machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the movement, preparation and cleaning of machinery
- Supporting on-farm demonstrations and installations
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure equipment is ready and presented to a high standard
- Providing general support during demonstrations as required

Requirements
- Full, clean driving licence
- Experience operating agricultural machinery
- Practical, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, can-do attitude during a busy seasonal period
Benefits:
- Salary £28,089 - £32,000 depending on experience pro rota
- Holiday entitlement – 24 days per year plus bank holidays, pro rota to contract
- Pension - 3% employee contribution and 7% employer contribution
