Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Gateman on a residential site, who will carry about the Welfare as well.. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe working environment.
Duties
- Assisting with general site maintenance and upkeep to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Supporting the movement and organisation of materials and equipment around the site. .
- Collaborating with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ensuring the work area remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Reporting any issues or hazards to management promptly to prevent accidents or delays.
- Cleaning toilets and office spaces
- Check deliveries and visitors to site
Skills
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Basic management abilities to organise tasks and prioritise workload efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position provides valuable experience in operational support roles, with opportunities for skill development in management, maintenance, and driving disciplines within a professional setting.
