Job Summary:
Richardson Commercial Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Contracts Supervisor to coordinate the day-to-day administration and oversight of customer and supplier agreements. The role will support commercial teams throughout the contract lifecycle, helping ensure key terms, documentation, deadlines, and business commitments are clearly tracked and managed.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise contract administration across customer and supplier agreements
- Coordinate the preparation, review, renewal, and completion of commercial documentation
- Maintain contract registers and monitor important dates, actions, and commitments
- Work with commercial teams to clarify contractual requirements and supporting information
- Track renewals, amendments, extensions, and other agreement changes
- Coordinate internal input required before contracts progress to completion
- Maintain organised and accurate contract files and supporting records
- Highlight upcoming contractual obligations and unresolved commercial matters
- Assist teams with routine contract-related queries and documentation requirements
- Support improvements to contract workflows, templates, and tracking practices
- Prepare summaries on contract activity, renewals, and outstanding actions
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial contracts, contract administration, procurement, sales operations, commercial services, business administration, or a related area
- Strong organisation and document-management skills
- Good understanding of commercial agreements and business processes
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple contract activities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail when working with commercial information
- Comfortable using contract registers, spreadsheets, and business systems
- Supervisory or senior contract coordination experience is helpful but not essential
- Business, commercial, procurement, legal studies, or related qualifications are advantageous, with relevant transferable experience also considered
