Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our busy restaurant.
As part of our front of house team, you will play an important role in creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests by providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Take drink orders and assist customers with any requests.
- Clear, clean and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Refill buffet stations when required and report any issues to management.
- Work closely with kitchen and front of house colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.
- Support the management team with any additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
