We are looking for an experienced and reliable Windscreen Fitter to join our team based at our main depot in Telford.
This is a varied role where you will be working both on-site at our Telford depot and out on the road. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified with extensive experience across all types of vehicles—from standard cars and light commercial vans to HGVs and heavy plant machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle glass replacements, side/rear fits, and chip repairs at our main depot in Telford as well as out on the road.
- Work across a diverse range of vehicles including domestic cars, commercial vans, HGVs, and agricultural/plant equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, cleanly, and to the highest industry standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with retail, trade, and fleet clients.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and depot work areas to a high standard
Requirements & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 5 years hands-on automotive glass fitting experience
- Skills: Fully proficient in all aspects of vehicle glass replacement and repair across Cars, Vans, HGVs, and Plant machinery.
- Licence: Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
- Flexibility to work both in the depot and out on mobile assignments.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
