Ross + Liddell are looking for a Repairs Administrator to join their friendly, fast paced team.
Day-to-day duties include:-
- Answering telephone and Live Chat enquiries from homeowners in relation to common maintenance issues
- Raising job orders to contractors to attend to common maintenance issues
- Following up on all open jobs and liaising with contractors for their attendance reports
- Following up estimate requests to ensure estimates are provided by contractors within set timescales
- Reviewing estimates provided by contractors and liaising with internal departments to progress these repairs
- Ensuring all follow up action is done in accordance with internal procedures that meet our Service Level Agreement
Full training and support will be provided.
Ideally, candidates should have similar experience in a repairs role, however, we will consider candidates with similar transferrable skills. All candidates should have strong communication skills, problem solving and organisational skills
