VacEx Driver & Operator

Job Type: Full-Time (Day and Night Shifts Available)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable VacEx Driver to join our team based in Horley, operating throughout the South East. You will be responsible for the safe operation of our vacuum excavation vehicles, carrying out excavation works to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to all health and safety requirements.
Main Responsibilities
· Operate VacEx vehicles safely and efficiently.
· Carry out vacuum excavation works in accordance with company procedures.
· Complete daily vehicle checks and routine maintenance.
· Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
· Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
· Represent DJ Grab Services professionally on client sites.
· Be available to work a variety of shifts as part of our 24/7 operation, including nights and weekends when required.
Requirements
· Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
· In-date CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
· Previous experience operating VacEx equipment or similar specialist plant.
· Good understanding of safe excavation practices.
· NPORS or CPCS Plant Operator Card
· CSCS card (preferred).
· Eligible to work in the UK
· Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations
· Good communication, punctuality, and teamwork skills
· Able to pass safety critical medical
