Granite & TREND Transformations is a globally recognised brand specialising in kitchen makeovers without the disruption of a full kitchen replacement. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Granite Fitter / Installer to join our established Yorkshire franchise.
This is a self-employed position offering the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, with a guaranteed pipeline of work, excellent earning potential, and full training on our unique installation system.
About Us
At the core of our offering is Etherium® by E-Stone, an innovative 7mm engineered granite and quartz surface that is installed directly over existing worktops, creating stunning kitchen transformations without major building work.
Our Wakefield-based operation has a long-established presence across Yorkshire, serving customers throughout West, East, North and South Yorkshire.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing installations from initial survey through to final handover, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Visiting customers to carry out site surveys and accurate templating
- Collecting worktops, doors, and hardware from our Wakefield workshop
- Arriving on-site and preparing work areas for installation
- Installing granite and quartz overlay worktops to a high standard
- Carrying out basic plumbing and joinery adjustments where required
- Maintaining awareness of electrical safety considerations during installations
- Managing projects professionally from start to finish
- Communicating clearly with customers throughout the installation process
- Solving on-site challenges effectively and professionally
- Ensuring all work is completed, signed off, and handed over correctly
- Carrying out customer care visits when required
What We're Looking For
Essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in:
Granite, quartz, stone or worktop installation
Kitchen fitting
Joinery or similar trade background
- Experience carrying out surveys and templating
- Strong fitting and finishing skills
- Knowledge of plumbing and joinery
- Good understanding of safe working practices
- Experience fitting overlay or over-the-top worktops
- Own van
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach
Desirable
- Kitchen installation experience
- Ability to work independently
- Experience working directly with customers in their homes
