Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR a the company. We have never hired for this position before, it is a company first. Now at a 50-person headcount it has become necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage early stage recruitment for all roles (job postings, first-stage interviews, attracting candidates)
- Oversee PeopleHR (our HR software). Recording holiday, sickness, unpaid leave.
- Onboard new starters - administrator (starter forms), role-specific information, uniform etc.
- Internal issues - handle any grievances, complaints from existing or former employees.
- Commission preparation - calculating bonuses for various roles at the end of each month.
- Payroll preparation - prepare payroll for 30-40 employees each month
- Dismissals - fire employees when necessary
- Appraisals - sit in/oversee monthly/quarterly appraisals
- Morale Initiatives - oversee a programme of initiatives to improve morale amongst all staff from nights out to group fitness.
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
