Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Barperson to join our team in providing exceptional service at our vibrant establishment. Experiance is required plus additional training will be given.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and hot drinks
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till system
- Some food preparation training given
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic math's skills for handling payments and calculating change
- Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. - Willingness to train in the kitchen required (basic menu).
