Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Service/Installation Engineer to join a two-person team covering Dorset and the surrounding counties.
The Role
Working as part of a mobile two-person team, your responsibilities will include:
· Service, maintenance and repair to our full range of current and legacy products
· Installing our full range of bespoke home-improvement products
· Working within customers’ homes and gardens (predominantly domestic properties)
· Using hand tools and power tools safely and confidently
· Reading and interpreting technical drawings
· Completing all paperwork accurately
· Travelling across Dorset and surrounding counties (early starts required, typically on-site 8–9am)
· Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally
What We’re Looking For
You will ideally have:
· Experience as an Engineer or Fitter desirable
· Background in home improvements, construction, mechanical installation or related sector advantageous but full training on our product range will be given.
· Confidence working at height and from ladders
· A full UK driving licence (essential)
· Strong communication and customer-facing skills
· A positive attitude, motivation and willingness to learn
