Overview
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and IT proficient.
Duties
- Meet and greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Be the first point of contact for patient online messages
- Patient registrations and scannning
- Other administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous GP experience or similar administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of EMIS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effective
