Role: Senior Vehicle Technician
Location: St Albans
Package: Basic up to £50,000 - OTE £75,000
We are working with a small Independent garage in Central St Albans, looking to recruit an experienced Senior/Diagnostic Vehicle Technician.
About the position
The successful candidate for our Vehicle Technician position will have previous experience as a Senior Technician. You will be working in a small, friendly garage that has been established for over 30-years. Has a loyal customer base, working on all-makes and models of vehicles.
- Carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
- Communicating with the Service Reception team.
- Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
About our requirements
We expect our new Vehicle Technician to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- Aptitude for multi-tasking.
- An eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Quality awareness.
- Communication skills.
- Full driving license.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:30
Alternate Saturdays 9:00 - 1:00
