Office Manager Responsibilities:
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Managing daily office operations to ensure smooth business continuity and support for staff
- Overseeing payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary administration
- Maintaining bookkeeping records and supporting financial administration tasks
- Administering HR functions, including onboarding, employee records, and compliance
- Acting as a main point of contact for employees, suppliers, and management
- Building relationships across the organisation to facilitate efficient workflow
- Supporting general administrative duties and process improvements to enhance office efficiency
Office Manager Benefits:
- A salary between £48,000 and £52,000 depending on experience
