This position involves supporting an individual with complex trauma, autism, and behaviours of concern. As such, we are seeking someone with significant experience supporting people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
The successful candidate will be confident in using trauma-informed approaches, positive behaviour support, and de-escalation techniques to provide calm, consistent, and compassionate support while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

- Monitor resident’s wellbeing and respond appropriately to concerns, incidents, and safeguarding matters
