The Employer:-
Cumbernauld YMCA, a previous recipient of the Lanarkshire Social Enterprise Award, established the Peace of Mind OSC service in 1989 to meet a local need. Our town did not qualify for Urban Aid and requests from Head Teachers/PTA in similar positions allowed our service to expand into other areas. The Association is fully committed to empowering staff in the management decision processes alongside free opportunities for continuous personal development. A new management structure has been developed to keep pace with a changing work sector. Base staff are fully supported by a centralised core team who deal with the main administration, HR, finance, policy and procedural functions.
