As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Invigilation Manager to lead our remote invigilation team and help deliver an outstanding examination experience for learners across the UK.

The Role
As our Invigilation Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of our remote invigilation service, managing a growing team of invigilators to ensure examinations are delivered securely, efficiently and in line with awarding organisation requirements.
Working closely with our Exams, Customer Support, Compliance and Account Management teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards while continuously improving our processes and learner experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing the invigilation team through coaching, regular 1-to-1s and performance reviews.
- Recruiting, onboarding and training new invigilators.
- Managing rotas and staffing levels to meet operational demand.
- Overseeing the successful delivery of remotely invigilated examinations.
- Responding quickly to operational issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Monitoring workloads and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Ensuring examinations are delivered in line with awarding organisation regulations and company procedures.
- Carrying out quality assurance checks, investigating incidents and promoting best practice.
- Developing training materials, guidance and operational procedures.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to improve systems, processes and the learner experience.
- Monitoring team KPIs, producing management reports and supporting operational planning.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes and delivering excellent service.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing or supervising a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience coaching, developing and motivating colleagues.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- High attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
Experience within education, examinations, compliance or EdTech would be beneficial but isn't essential. We're equally interested in people with strong operational management experience who are keen to learn.
