About Us
We are Kinmark & Co, a growing family-run business formed from four established laundry operations. We pride ourselves on delivering a reliable, high-quality service to customers across Norfolk and beyond.
We are now looking for a confident and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team.
The Role
This role is primarily focused on delivery driving and collections across the county, ensuring a professional, timely and friendly service to our customers.
From time to time, you may also be required to support our laundry operations during busy periods. This includes assisting with basic laundry processing tasks within our facility.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in safe driving, great customer service, and being a dependable part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Deliveries (Primary Role)
- Safely operate light goods vehicles (transit vans and occasionally Luton vans)
- Carry out timely collections and deliveries across customer locations
- Provide a professional and friendly customer-facing service
- Load and unload items safely using correct manual handling techniques
- Complete basic vehicle checks and report any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of company vehicles
- Adapt to seasonal workloads, including occasional overtime during peak periods
Laundry Support (Occasional / As Required)
- Assist with basic laundry processing when needed
- Operate industrial washing machines and dryers (training provided if required)
- Support sorting, folding and organising laundry items during busy periods
- Help maintain a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, reliable and experienced driver
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks
- Flexible and willing to support the wider team when required
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience driving light commercial vehicles (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year delivery/van driving experience (preferred)
- COSHH awareness/training (desirable)
