Job Description: As a Butcher at Dadyal Halal Meat, you will be responsible for preparing halal meat products for sale according to our high standards and customer specifications. You will work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, food safety, and quality are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat to customer specifications.
- Ensuring all meat products are prepared in accordance with halal standards.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service and advising customers on the best cuts and cooking methods.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Butcher, preferably in a halal meat shop or similar environment.
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
