Assistant Restaurant Manager job role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious site, known for its exceptional food, warm hospitality and high standards.
As a natural and positive leader you will be able to train and support the team of Food and Beverage Supervisors and Assistants, ensuring the team are tasked in line with the needs of the business
You will oversee and manage food and beverage events and day-to-day operations.
The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager must bring passion, knowledge and attention to detail to the front of house.
Assistant Restaurant Manager requirements
- Experience at a luxury venue would be benefical
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- An Assistant Restaurant Manager with excellent food & wine knowledge
- Highly organised approach to work, including ability to prioritise in a busy environment
- Ability to train team members to quality service standards
- Competent user of Microsoft office or confident with similar software
