Paid Ads Specialist (Part-Time)
London Based | Hybrid | £1,800/month | 15 hours/week
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Paid Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis (15 hours/week). You'll take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and reporting across our key ad platforms, working closely with our team to drive measurable growth. This is a permanent part-time employee role, not freelance/contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or other relevant platforms)
- Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly and optimise for ROAS, CPA, and other key metrics
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns
- Provide regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with our team on creative briefs, targeting strategy, and campaign goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns (please share portfolio/case studies)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, etc.)
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time within a part-time schedule
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Clear communicator, able to explain performance and strategy in plain terms
- Based in or commutable to London

- Salary: £1,800/month, with reviews and increases based on performance/results
