Key Responsibilities
- Lead production operations and long-term operational planning
- Oversee production schedules, workflow management, and quality standards
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, internal departments, and operational teams
- Monitor production KPIs, budgets, and performance reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality
- Lead team development, workforce planning, and operational improvement initiatives
- Prepare executive reports, production updates, and strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in production management, manufacturing operations, project delivery, or operational leadership
- Previous senior management or director-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and production improvement programmes is an advantage

Pay: £86,000.00-£103,000.00 per year
