Bar82 is one of Hull’s most vibrant cocktail bars, known for great music, premium drinks, and an great atmosphere. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead our team and help deliver an unforgettable experience to our customers.
The Role
As Bar Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring smooth operations, high standards, and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations and service standards
- Manage, train, and motivate bar staff
- Handle stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations
- Drive sales through promotions, events, and upselling
- Manage cash handling, budgets, and reporting
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

- Proven experience in a bar/restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment
- Good knowledge of licensing laws and bar operations

Pay: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
