Totally Wicked has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Blackburn. The Group Marketing Co-ordinator will work closely with the Marketing Executive to ensure all product launches and promotional activities are delivered on time and communicated effectively. While the role primary focuses on marketing and communications for Totally Wicked’s retail network, it also involves coordinating campaigns across other Totally Wicked digital channels, supporting UK Vapour Brands Wholesale, and providing key trade marketing support.
What you’ll be doing:
Email & Digital Campaigns
- Campaign Management: Utilise and manage MailChimp and iContact to plan, build, and execute engaging email campaigns (including audience segmentation, welcome journeys, and tutorials).
- Multi-Channel Distribution: Schedule and deploy accurate, high-quality newsletters across key business channels:
- Totally Wicked Retail
- UKVB Wholesale
- Totally Wicked Germany Wholesale (Note: German language skills are not required; translated content is provided).
- Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activity strictly complies with GDPR and industry-specific regulations.
Retail & In-Store Marketing
- Visual Merchandising: Create clear, easy-to-follow merchandising planograms for retail store display cabinets, window displays, and point-of-sale (POS) solutions.
- Digital Screens: Manage and update digital screen content across our retail stores to align with the latest campaigns and product launches (overseen by the Marketing Executive).
- App & Third-Party Platforms:
- Schedule and send time-sensitive offers and push notifications via the Retail Rewards App.
- Manage the Totally Wicked menu and promotional updates on Just Eat.
Trade Marketing Support
· Sales Support: Design and build visually compelling, professional sales decks and presentations to support the commercial/wholesale teams.
- B2B Collateral: Assist in translating product features, campaign data, and marketing support plans into persuasive pitch materials for retail partners and trade distributors.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all sales materials align perfectly with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional look across all external presentations.
Communications & Admin
- Internal Communications: Use Yoobic software to keep retail store teams updated on upcoming campaigns and product launches.
Store Directory Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date store listings and local marketing promotions across online page directories
