We are seeking an experienced Business-As-Usual (BAU) Manager to oversee ongoing operations and support activities at Robosol. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily BAU operations ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage teams effectively through strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Oversee requirements gathering processes to support ongoing projects.
- Utilize ERP systems knowledge to streamline business processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with project management tools like Microsoft Project and Jira for task tracking.

Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a technology or software environment.
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
