Summary of role:
We are currently looking to employ experienced carers who have greater knowledge in the care industry and who understands the local culture and language that benefits our clients. Staff with knowledge of driving in U.K and who have the care certification standards, will immensely benefit our clients and the organisation.
Under the supervision of the manager or other competent person will assists in the safe and efficient delivery of personal care in Clients own homes including, medication, meals, manual handling, domestic tasks and social time.
We can offer part time/full time or bank hours, whether you are looking for 37.5 hours a week or more or any shift in a week we have work available.
Preferably drivers with own car.
We provide full training, DBS checks, and uniforms .

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist clients who need help getting up in the morning, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing
and the toilet.
To help clients with their mobility and with any physical disabilities, including incontinence and
use of personal aids and equipment.
To care for clients who are temporarily sick and need help with minor dressings, bed nursing
and help with feeding etc.
To provide care for clients who are terminally ill.
To help in the promotion of mental and physical activities of clients through talking, outings,
reading, writing, hobbies and recreations.
To make and change beds, light cleaning, emptying commodes and general tidying.
To set tables and trays, prepare and serve light meals, clearing away and washing up.
To read and write reports and be involved in clients reviews and training activities.
To adhere to all TPS’s policies and procedures at all times.
To report either to the Supervisor or Care Manager any significant changes in the health or
circumstances of a client.
To encourage the independence of clients wherever possible.
