We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Demonstration & Sales Support to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in sales, floorcare equipment, and robotics. Full training will be provided on floor cleaning machines, floorcare processes, and robotic cleaning solutions.
About the Role
This is primarily a remote and field-based position. While there will be some time spent in the office, much of your working week will be spent visiting customer sites across the UK, supporting demonstrations, equipment trials, machine deployments, and robotic mapping projects.
You will work closely with the Sales Director, helping customers understand and implement modern floorcare and robotic cleaning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries and quotations.
Assisting with machine demonstrations and customer presentations.
Supporting equipment deployments and customer onboarding.
Helping to conduct floorcare assessments and equipment trials.
Learning to map, configure, and deploy robotic cleaning machines.
Assisting with robotic software setup using mobile apps and desktop platforms.
Raising and submitting customer quotations.
Maintaining customer records and sales administration.
Building positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Loading, unloading, and preparing equipment for demonstrations and site visits.
Ensuring vehicles, equipment, and demonstration stock are maintained and ready for use.
What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic IT skills and confidence using mobile apps, tablets, and desktop software, including the ability to raise and submit customer quotations.
An interest in technology, machinery, and robotics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically capable of carrying out manual handling tasks, including loading and unloading equipment.
Comfortable driving a 3.5-tonne long wheelbase van.
Full UK driving licence essential.
Working Hours
This role offers varied and flexible working hours. Due to customer requirements and travel commitments, the role may involve:
Early starts
Later finishes
Overnight stays on occasion
Regular travel to customer sites
Travel across the UK
