We’re a charity that supports vulnerable adults, and we’re looking for a Cleaner to join our friendly team at our 15-bed hostel in South Camden.
The hostel is staffed 24/7 and supports people with high mental health needs.
As a Cleaner, you’ll help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents. Your work will make a real difference to their dignity and wellbeing.
Your main tasks will include:
-
Cleaning communal areas and bedrooms to a high standard.
-
Following a cleaning schedule to keep the hostel fresh and tidy.
-
Keeping an eye on cleaning supplies and letting the team know when more are needed.
-
Reporting any repairs or issues to the housing team
Shifts are typically Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
About You
You don’t need lots of experience — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. If you’ve used cleaning equipment before or worked in a cleaning role, that’s great.
We’re looking for someone who is:
-
Proactive and reliable.
-
Able to work safely and follow instructions.
-
A good communicator and team player.
-
Organised and ready to help.
We value life experience just as much as work experience. If you’re ready to take the next step, we’d love to hear from you.
