With our flagship Waterloo location opening this October and further expansion planned, we're looking for ambitious people who want to grow with the business.
This isn't a quiet café job.

What we offer
- Basic pay from £13/hour + tronc (going up depends on experience)
- Typical total earnings £15.50–£17.00/hour depending on business levels

Your role
You'll be involved in every part of the customer experience, including:
- Delivering friendly, confident customer service
- Learning and confidently preparing our full menu, including coffee, waffles, sandwiches, brunch dishes and bakery products
- Serving our award-winning cookies and bakery products
- Keeping service running smoothly during busy periods
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
- Supporting the team wherever needed

We're looking for someone who
- Has hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- Confident spoken English
- Enjoys talking to customers
- Brings positive energy to every shift
- Works well under pressure
- Takes pride in doing things properly
- Is reliable, punctual and accountable
- Wants to grow with an ambitious business rather than simply find another hospitality job
Attitude is just as important as experience.

Requirements
- Weekend availability (essential)
