- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving and adherence to legal alcohol service regulations
- Restock supplies regularly to keep the bar fully equipped for busy periods
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service procedures
- Strong serving skills with the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently
