Maths Teacher Required – September Start
Paragon Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established secondary school in Bromsgrove for an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a full-time, long-term basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to teach within a supportive and ambitious Mathematics department, delivering engaging lessons that inspire students to develop confidence and achieve success in the subject. Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
The Role
As the successful Maths Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential).
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners.
- Monitor, assess and track pupil progress, providing effective feedback to support attainment.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the continued success of the Mathematics department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Mathematics within a UK secondary school.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Is passionate about raising standards and inspiring a love of Mathematics.
- Possesses strong communication and organisational skills.
- Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
