Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (some flexibility available)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied administrative role where no two days are quite the same. You'll become an important part of our office team, supporting colleagues across the business and helping ensure projects and day-to-day operations stay on track.
What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate digital and paper filing systems for office and project documentation.
- Carrying out data entry and ensuring company records remain accurate and up to date.
- Coordinating meetings, training sessions and other internal office activities.
- Supporting project teams with administrative tasks to help projects progress efficiently.
- Maintaining employee, subcontractor and supplier records.
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and in accordance with company procedures.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across different areas of the business.
- Assisting with general office duties to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
The person we're looking for:
- Well organised and able to manage a varied workload effectively.
- Reliable, proactive and able to use their own initiative.
- Highly accurate, with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a team.
- Adaptable and able to remain organised in a busy working environment.
- Confident communicating with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders.

No previous administration experience is needed. We are happy to provide full training, as we believe in developing our team to deliver the high standards of service that our customers expect.
We offer:
