Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for providing exceptional customer service. As a member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any queries they may have about the menu.
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A good understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
- Bartending experience is a plus, particularly in cocktail preparation and drink mixing.
