What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the Club London team, you'll play a vital role in supporting sales, operations, hospitality, and client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- ️ Supporting the Director of Sales with administration, reporting, order processing, and away ticket scheme management.
- ️ Assisting with the planning and delivery of Club London matchday operations.
- ️ Supporting the wider sales team and Sales Analyst with administrative tasks and reporting.
- ️ Managing bookings through Ticketmaster and our bespoke dining systems.
- ️ Ensuring customer data is accurately recorded and maintained within our CRM systems.
- ️ Building strong relationships with Club London members and stakeholders.
- ️ Managing member enquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues where required.
- ️ Acting as a professional ambassador for West Ham United on matchdays and at events.
- ️ Managing diary scheduling and meetings for the Club London Director.
- ️ Supporting networking initiatives, hospitality events, and business development opportunities.
- ️ Attending meetings both on-site and off-site with senior stakeholders.
- ️ Supporting pitch-side visits and premium hospitality experiences on matchdays.
- ️ Making outbound calls to Club London members and prospective clients.
- ️ Identifying new events and experiences that help generate revenue and enhance member engagement.
What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

Experience within hospitality, events, sales support, membership services, sports, leisure, or customer-facing environments would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Working Environment
This role is primarily office-based at London Stadium with very limited home working opportunities.
- As this is a football club environment, flexibility is essential. Additional hours may be required during busy periods, events, and matchdays.
