La Liste award winning Claridge’s ArtSpace Cafe is where artistry, elegance and warm hospitality come together every day. As part of the small, seasoned team you will be helping to present beautifully crafted viennoiserie, serving thoughtfully prepared beverages and creating an inviting atmosphere that feels both refined and welcoming. Every interaction is an opportunity for you to elevate our guest's day through exceptional service and bring joy by delivering small moments of luxury.
As Casual Waiter/ess you will be responsible for:
- Creating memorable experiences for our guests, simultaneously ensuring that service is prompt and professional.
- Serving our guests when seated at tables or assisting with take-away pre-orders.
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of menu items and patisserie available, as well as tea and coffee service.
- Supporting all the team, including baristas, supervisor and manager.
- Ensuring that licensing laws, health and safety legislation and allergy awareness are adhered to.
Successful candidates for our Casual Waiter/ess opportunity will:
- Have worked in a similar role, within a five-star or fine dining environment.
- Have a passion for food and beverage with excellent knowledge.
- Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories.
- Be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
- Have a thorough understanding of Forbes and LQA Standards.
